Wrapping up 2008 PARTII: I had a good year.....

I had a good year.
I made new friends.
Lost and found old friends.
I gained thousands of sisters through my initiation into the best org. ever created.
I had my heart broken.
I had my heart reclaimed.
Barack Obama became the president-elect of the United States of America.
I fell in and out of love. (not necessarily in that order).
I realized that grief gets better with time.
I'm closer to God though my relationship with him is NO where near where I'd like.
I got closer to my Dad. Again, not where I'd like it to be but its a start.
I realized that I am MUCH stronger than I give myself credit for.
Barack Obama became the president-elect of the United States of America.
I realized that I would be lost without my mother.
I regained my life.
Along with that, I gained 13 pounds. LOL!!!! I feel a New Year's resolution....:-)
I travelled more.
Barack Obama became the president-elect of the United States of America.
I became more independent.
Did I mention that I made new friends? Some of whom will be my friends for LIFE!!!!

I had a good year.

Thank you God for seeing me through all the ups and downs and I pray that by your grace, 2009 will be even better.
